2-Year Limited Warranty
Every Signalix radio is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery. If your radio fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the tuner, amplifier, speaker, display, and controls
- Battery capacity falling below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period
- Failures of seals on radios rated IP67/IP68 under normal use
- Buttons, dials, and ports that stop functioning under normal use
What's not covered
- Damage from drops, crushing, or immersion beyond the rated IP depth/duration
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
- Loss or theft
How to make a claim
- Email support@signalixs.shop with your order number and a description (photos help) of the issue.
- Our support team will troubleshoot with you first — many issues are solved in one email.
- If a hardware fault is confirmed, we send a prepaid shipping label.
- We repair or replace your radio and ship it back within 10 business days of receiving it.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
